These terms describe the current Early Access use of Portaviq. They are written for practical clarity and do not replace legal advice.
Early Access service
Portaviq is currently an Early Access SaaS product.
- The product may change as Early Access feedback is reviewed.
- Features may be added, removed, limited, renamed, or adjusted before a broader launch.
- Access may be limited to invited or approved users while the product is being tested.
- Free Early Access and free audit availability are limited and do not guarantee future free use.
No result guarantees
Portaviq shows operational signals; it does not guarantee business outcomes.
- No guarantee of SEO rankings, traffic growth, lead generation, revenue, or marketing performance.
- No guarantee of complete security detection, uptime detection, issue detection, or analytics accuracy.
- Lightweight pageview visibility is not a replacement for a full analytics, uptime monitoring, legal, or security program.
Your responsibilities
Portaviq users must have authority to connect WordPress sites and view their operational status.
- You must have permission from the site owner or client before adding a WordPress site to Portaviq.
- You are responsible for client, site-owner, privacy, consent, and legal compliance for any site where the plugin is installed or tracking is enabled.
- You are responsible for deciding whether lightweight pageview collection is appropriate for each site and for updating the connected site privacy notice where required.
- You are responsible for keeping OTP codes, verification tokens, WordPress credentials, and other sensitive values private.
- You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
Free Early Access and audit limits
Free does not mean unlimited, permanent, or guaranteed.
Early Access and the WordPress portfolio visibility audit may be offered without charge while availability is limited. Portaviq may introduce paid plans later, but users should not be charged unless clear pricing and billing terms are presented and accepted first.
Billing transparency
There are no hidden billing promises in the current Early Access flow.
Portaviq does not use interest charges, late-fee language, or hidden billing claims in this Early Access flow. If pricing changes later, it should be communicated clearly before any paid commitment.
Data processing
Customers connecting client sites should review the data processing terms and subprocessors.
Portaviq generally acts as a processor or service provider for customer-controlled organization, site, heartbeat, and pageview data. Customers remain responsible for their own client agreements, lawful basis, site-owner authorization, and visitor notices.
