Early Access — WordPress agencies
Know which client sites need attention. Before a client tells you.
Portaviq is a portfolio operations dashboard for WordPress agencies. See connection status, plugin health, and pageview activity across your client portfolio — in one place, without opening each wp-admin.
Built for agencies managing 5–50 WordPress client sites who need a fast way to know what is connected, what needs follow-up, and where activity is happening — without manual checking.

Portfolio view
Your client portfolio. One operating view.
The problem agencies have
Managing WordPress client sites creates invisible gaps that only show up at the worst time.
You find out from the client
A site went quiet three weeks ago. The plugin lost its connection and pageviews stopped. You had no idea until the client asked why traffic dropped.
Portaviq shows connection status and recent activity for managed sites, so you spot the gap before the client does.
Setup that never fully finished
You onboarded four client sites last month. Two got installed but never verified. They show as pending somewhere in your notes. You haven't had time to follow up.
Portaviq tracks each site through the full setup flow — installed, verified, tracking enabled — so nothing stays pending indefinitely.
Checking takes the whole morning
Confirming that your 12 client sites are live, connected, and active means 12 tabs, 12 wp-admins, 12 mental notes. Most agencies do this every week and still miss something.
Portaviq gives you a fast portfolio scan without opening each wp-admin.
When agencies use it
Replaces the manual checks your team already does.
After a new client handoff
Create the site record, copy the setup values, and confirm the plugin connected. See the site move from pending to active without touching wp-admin again.
Before a client status call
Open the site detail. Check last heartbeat, whether tracking is enabled, and recent pageview activity. Answer the call with actual data instead of guessing.
During your weekly portfolio review
Scan your managed sites for pending setup, stale plugin connection, or no recent activity. Flag the ones that need follow-up before your Monday standup.
How it works
Five steps from client handoff to full portfolio visibility.
1. Add your client sites
Create an organization for each client, then add their WordPress site. Each site gets a public ID and a one-time verification token.
Usually quick once the site details are ready.
2. Download and install the plugin
Download the Portaviq plugin ZIP directly from your dashboard. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and activate it.
Works on any standard WordPress install.
3. Paste the setup values and verify
Copy the Portaviq App URL, Site Public ID, and one-time token from your dashboard. Paste them into Settings → Portaviq in WordPress, then click Verify Connection.
The site moves from pending to active the moment verification succeeds.
4. Enable lightweight tracking
Once verified, enable pageview tracking from the plugin settings — after confirming you have the site owner's permission and that the privacy notice covers it.
No tracking cookies. Signed payloads only — page URL, title, and referrer.
5. See your full portfolio
Connected sites appear in your portfolio view with connection status, plugin heartbeat, and recent pageview activity.
Drill into any site for setup detail and activity history.

FAQ
Questions agencies ask before joining.
How is this different from ManageWP or MainWP?
ManageWP and MainWP are built around maintenance operations — bulk updates, backups, and security scans. Portaviq is focused on portfolio visibility: knowing which sites are connected, which setup is incomplete, and where pageview activity is happening. It is a lighter visibility layer, not a maintenance automation platform. Many agencies use both.
Do I need to install something on each client site I want to track?
Yes. Portaviq uses a lightweight plugin that installs on each WordPress client site. You control the installation — the plugin connects to your Portaviq dashboard using a one-time verification token. Setup is designed to be quick and does not require client access after the initial install.
Will it slow down client sites?
The plugin is designed to be lightweight. Pageview tracking fires asynchronously and does not block page load. The heartbeat runs via WordPress cron on a low-frequency schedule. No third-party scripts, no tracking cookies, no inline JavaScript on every page load.
Is it ready to use on real client sites?
Portaviq is in Early Access — it is stable enough for real client sites, but it is not yet at full production hardening. We recommend using it alongside your existing monitoring setup during Early Access. You will have a direct line to report anything that needs fixing.
Does it replace Google Analytics?
No. Portaviq captures lightweight pageview signals — page URL, title, referrer, and basic request metadata — to show whether a site is getting traffic. It is not a GA4 replacement. Use it alongside whatever analytics you already run for clients.
What does "plugin connection health" actually mean?
Each site's plugin sends periodic heartbeats to Portaviq. If the heartbeat stops arriving, the site shows as disconnected. You can see when the last heartbeat came in, whether the verification token was used, and whether pageview tracking is currently enabled — a real-time operational picture of each plugin's state.
